By registering or using the WAKODO Family portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The portal is intended for pregnant women, mothers, and their families in Cambodia. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
You agree to use the portal solely for its intended purpose: tracking your pregnancy or child's growth, registering for events, and communicating with Wakodo care staff.
4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. HEALTH INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Information provided through this portal is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
6. BREAST-MILK SUBSTITUTES
In accordance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, the portal does not promote infant formula or breast-milk substitutes to mothers of infants. Breastfeeding is recommended as the best source of nutrition for infants.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not: submit false information, attempt to access other users' accounts, use the portal for commercial purposes, or interfere with the portal's operation.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
